Ok so this is how to make foundation lotion! You need:
-powder or creme foundation
-any kind of white lotion
Steps:
1. Put powder in/on a small cup or a plate.
2. Put a grape sized drop of lotion in the cup or plate.
3 mix it up!!!
4. Rub it in on your face.
